We are searching for a talented Team Lead‑Nursing Admin Supervision to manage nursing administrative duties and provide supervisory support to nursing staff.

• Hours:
  
  24 hrs
• Shift: Day/Evening shift, 4:00 pm – 12:00 am / 7:00 am – 7:00 pm weekend; weekend and holiday rotation
• Location:
  
  Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA

• Act as an on‑site administrator and serve as a consultant and resource person for nursing staff.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision and collaborate with other hospital departments to assure a high standard of patient care.
• Perform other administrative and related duties as required.

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence, excellent communication skills, and decision‑making ability required.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Over five to seven years of progressively responsible experience, including leadership experience, is required.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19 or be exempt with a signed statement.

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience: USD $49.87 – $92.84 per hour.
