Health First Family Care Center, Inc. “The Heart of Our Community” provides comprehensive services including adult/pediatric medical care, health education, health assessment and screenings, gynecology, cardiology, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and adult/pediatric dental care.
Chief Medical Officer SummaryUnder the general direction of the CEO, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is the senior physician executive responsible for clinical strategy, provider performance, and the ongoing evolution of Health First’s care model. The CMO leads and unifies clinical leadership across service line including medical, behavioral health, and Office-Based Addiction Medicine program (OBAT), ensures compliance with FQHC requirements, and strengthens a culture of continuous quality improvement, patient centered team-based care, and clinician engagement.
Equally important, the CMO serves as the “medical face” of Health First – building trust in the community, representing the organization in public forums, and participating in statewide and national initiatives relevant to community health centers and underserved populations.
Pay Range$264,500 - $300,000 annually
The pay range represents Health First’s good faith estimate for this role at the time of posting, in compliance with applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and budget considerations. Candidates with less direct experience may be placed at the lower end of the range, while those with more significant or specialized experience may be considered at the higher end.
