IN-HOME THERAPY CLINICIAN

• Deliver evidence‑based therapy and support to clients and families.
• Confirm clinical diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and conduct safety planning and risk assessment.
• Coordinate care with outpatient therapists, psychiatrists, schools, DCF, probation, and medical providers to ensure progressive, integrated care.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and attend weekly supervision and monthly department meetings.

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field (licensure not required).
• License eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Experience working with youth and families.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a registered, insured vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time‑management, organization, and independent planning skills.
• Bilingual encouraged.
• Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test and possess appropriate citizenship work documentation.
