We are searching for a talented Team Lead‑Environmental Services‑EOC
Hours: 40 hrs
Shift: Evening shift, 3:00pm – 11:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Manager, Environmental Services‑EOC or designee, this individual will take pride and ownership of their regional facilities and will provide high‑quality and responsive support services. This person will partner with support service leadership to ensure collaborating and coordination of the frontline teams to provide the highest level of service for Southcoast's patients, employees, and visitors. Individuals will perform diversified duties involving the immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel and activities, including responsibility for assuring high standards and completion of assigned work.
Responsible for daily EVS program of the regional facilities to ensure all areas are cleaned accordingly per the Southcoast EVS program and infection control guidelines.
- Associate degree in related field preferred or equivalent of five (5) years of Environmental Services experience required
- Three (3) years' experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
USD $32.58 - USD $54.81 /Hr.
