Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour

Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem – 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available.

Locations:
Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

• Provide direct care and support to residents
• Assist with personal hygiene, meals, and medication
• Facilitate community outings and recreational activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and activities
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents

• Compassionate and caring personality
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal vehicle
• Background crime and driving record check
• TB screening and physical exam upon hire; TB update every two years
