Hiring Package:
- Base salary $180,000 + Potential for production bonus
- 4 weeks of PTO year 1
- Shared ESRD rounding
- 1:5 weekly hospital coverage

This role has a salary range of $180,000 and regular, full‑time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).The Company is committed to the principles of equal employment.
