Office Assistant - Volunteer

Family Service Association has a volunteer opportunity available in our Guardianship Department. Volunteers with clerical experience and/or strong computer and organizational skills are encouraged to apply, as they will support clerical functions for clients in the Guardianship and/or Representative Payee programs. Time commitment is approximately 2–10 hours per week.

• Respect the confidential nature of all program services and communications therewith.
• General administrative and clerical duties.
• Scanning and saving documents to appropriate electronic folders.
• Assist with annual purging of client files.
• Drafting of correspondence as needed.
• Candidates must pass CORI and CPS (child protective services) background checks.*
