Electrician

We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our Team. We are looking for some with knowledge and experience at QS Level or wanting to progress into this. This is working on the tools and doing 4 hours per week as a QS. You will work with a strong multi discipline team predominantly delivering essential repairs/maintenance, testing and inspection work across the South West region.

To be Gloucestershire, Tewkesbury, Swindon or surrounding areas ideally.

Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults primarily in social housing and commercial properties. Working alongside other work streams:
Carrying out repairs and installation to Kitchen/Bathrooms/Retrofit/Repairs/Maintenance/Rewires and Voids, to bring the dwellings to current regulations. Have strong experience in signing off on your own works. A natural leader, able to assist other electricians when required. Ensuring that all electrical work complies with industry regulations and standards. Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including the signing of certification.

Participating in on-call and emergency response as part of a rota system Essential

Qualifications:

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Electrical installation or City and Guilds 236-1 and 236- 2 City and Guilds 2391 18th edition wiring regulations AM2 or JIB Gold card Full UK Driving License Able to pass a Full DBS disclosure. Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures Benefits / Rewards:
