Retail Merchandiser

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Falkirk area. Approx 4 - 6 hours per week* (However likely to increase during busy periods) £14.12 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available (Flexible to suit you) Use of a car is essential.

Ideal location: Falkirk, United Kingdom, FK1

Territory covering: Falkirk (you will be required to cover stores within 10 miles of here) and surrounding areas

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they’re eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising – health & beauty experience is desired but not essential.
• A reliable, adaptable individual who enjoys working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in‑store relationships.
• Someone who takes pride in their work.
• Owns a car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored at home).
• Comfortable using a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app, including sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
