HEAD CHEF

Position: HEAD CHEF (Permanent)
Are you passionate about creating an exceptional dining experiences in a stunning setting. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Head Chef to lead a kitchen team and uphold their commitment to guests and staff, offering high quality, locally sourced ingredients.

We are currently working in partnership with this global business for their 4 star hotel in Stirlingshire.

As head chef your Role will be:

To Lead and inspire the kitchen team

Oversee menu development and ensure consistency in quality

Manage food preparation, presentation, and safety standards

Control costs and manage inventory

Uphold the client’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role

Operational Kitchen Ability

Strong knowledge of contemporary culinary trends

Excellent organizational and team management skills

Passion for quality ingredients and innovative cooking, using local suppliers and producers.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
