Manufacturing Technician- Prep

Position: Manufacturing Technician- Prep (Permanent)
Are you experienced in manufacturing or production and looking for your next challenge? Or are you a science graduate looking to kick start your GMP career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well-established manufacturing company as part of their preparation team.

This role would suit someone from the life sciences sector or a life science background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in high standards and quality.

You'll be working Monday to Friday on a rotational shift pattern, so flexibility to work early and back shifts is essential.

What you'll be doing

As a key member of the preparation team, you'll play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Ordering and preparing raw materials for manufacturing
Assisting with packaging and shipping of finished products
Completing all associated paperwork accurately and on time
Working in line with strict quality regulations
Maintaining clean and organised work areas
Following and reviewing SOPs and work instructions

What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with motivated candidates who can bring energy and reliability to the team. You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment would be beneficial
Degree in a relevant life science discipline or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
A positive, team-focused attitude and a desire to achieve shared goals
The ability to work to deadlines and manage your time effectively
