FM Search & Select are recruiting on behalf of a national facilities management provider for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance across multiple local sites in and around Falkirk.

This is a mobile supervisory role, responsible for leading maintenance teams, coordinating works across several sites, and ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and service delivery.

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities across multiple commercial sites
• Lead and support on-site engineers carrying out PPMs and reactive works
• Plan and allocate work to ensure efficient coverage across sites
• Act as the main electrical and supervisory point of contact
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, permits, and H&S procedures
• Manage subcontractors where required
• Complete reports, documentation, and compliance records

• Fully qualified electrician
• Proven supervisory experience within a maintenance environment
• Experience working across multiple sites
• Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding background
• Confident leading teams and managing workloads
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence

• £45,000 salary
• Mobile supervisory role covering Falkirk and nearby sites
