Job Summary

Meloosha Homecare Falkirk is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant to provide essential support to patients in home care settings. This full-time role offers £12.50–£13.00/hour and includes UK visa sponsorship
. The successful candidate will assist with daily living activities, implement care plans, and provide companionship, with a preference for candidates experienced in supporting individuals with autism. Applicants must reside in Falkirk and hold a valid UK driving license.

• Use IT systems for documentation and communication

Essential:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Basic IT skills for record keeping and care management software
• Valid UK driving license (required for travel between care locations)
• Must reside in Falkirk
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Previous experience in care home or home care settings
• Experience supporting patients with autism
