Overview
Are you passionate about delivering rehabilitation? Do you have a desire to support patients in their rehab journey from hospital to home? Come and join our team.
The Community Beds Team provides assessment and rehabilitation for adults in 4 locations across the Falkirk council area (Bo’ness Community Hospital, Falkirk Community Hospital, Summerford House, & Cunningham House). You would be supporting our team of Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapists to implement treatment plans and deliver quality rehabilitation.
ResponsibilitiesAs part of our team, you would be committed to providing excellent patient care, be flexible in your allocated caseload management and enjoy collaborative team working. We would offer you the opportunity to further develop your skills. The duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
Working hours and locationsOur service provides rehabilitation over 7 days, with the core hours being weekdays between 08:30-16:30. This post may involve weekend working. The locations include Bo’ness Community Hospital, Falkirk Community Hospital, Summerford House, and Cunningham House.
Additional informationAgenda for Change As from 1/4/26, the full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.

NHS Forth Valley may be able to offer sponsorship for certain roles, provided the post meets the minimum salary threshold and any other required criteria.
