About the Role

As a support worker, you will provide person‑centred care to Children and Young Adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas, helping them regain independence in their own homes and the community.

Responsibilities
  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation and basic cooking
  • Light household tasks
  • Social visits – such as attending college, day centres, shopping, etc.
  • Companionship and emotional support
What We Are Looking For
  • Travel Requirements:
    This is a community‑based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are required.
  • Right to Work:
    You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
  • Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
  • Good English communication skills
Training & Experience
  • No experience needed – full training provided!
