Process Engineer

Position: Process Engineer (Contract)

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the formulation and production of vital agrochemical products that empower farmers worldwide.

Required Skills:

Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in process engineering within industrial or manufacturing settings
Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, including process design and simulation tools
Hands-on experience with capital project execution and operational change management
Proficient in HSE risk assessment methodologies such as HAZOP and LOPA
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and support plant operations effectively

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience in agrochemical or specialty chemical manufacturing
Familiarity with batch processing operations
Project management skills and experience
Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DSEAR, COMAH, and PER
Progress towards or attainment of Chartered Engineer status (CEng)
Preferred

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant industrial process engineering experience
Exposure to capital projects and continuous improvement programs within a manufacturing environment

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week

Willingness to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including operations, maintenance, quality, and global functions
