We are seeking a high-caliber Administrative Assistant to join our Ocean Springs, MS service office. This full-time, in-office role is designed for someone who brings professionalism, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership to their work and someone who is looking for a long-term home where they can grow, contribute, and become a trusted part of the team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage routine administrative workflows including data entry, database maintenance, and the preparation and organization of documents
  • Answer and direct customer and team member calls with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Collect, verify, and input data from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy
  • Verify information and resolve discrepancies to maintain clean, reliable records
  • Organize, track, and distribute documents to support operational needs
  • Provide general administrative support to keep both office and field operations running smoothly
  • Communicate directly with internal and external customers
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts
  • Help develop leads and screen prospects
  • Create accurate, professional proposals to support the sales process
Position Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; administrative experience strongly preferred and more valuable than a degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong general computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time-management skills and comfort multitasking in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to anticipate business needs and proactively execute
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Independent thinking, sound judgment, and resourcefulness
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal oversight

Salary: $36,000 – $56,000, based on experience and long-term fit.
