Responsibilities
  • High level of accountability for all retailstorefunctions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entirestorestaff.
  • Drive for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focus on optimizing customer and employee experience.
  • Act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager. Complete trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls. Motivate your team to do their best in every guest interaction.
  • Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
  • Teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
  • Attract and retain top caliber employees. Brand advocate for Victra.
  • Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
  • Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.
  • Ensure store employees meet and/or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
  • Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
  • Maintain store performance by running retail inventory compliance.
  • Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.
  • Think of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalize on existing customer base.
  • Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and other store functions.
  • Own all guest escalations and provide timely resolution.
  • Clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to team members with timely follow up.
  • Stay up to date with new sales promotions and ensure guests receive a complete solution to meet current and future needs.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay will include a base rate of $21.92 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.

You

will need to have
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
  • Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
  • Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment
