- Computer Literacy
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers to ensure quality patient care (e.g., Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists).
- Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to ensure collaborative care is maintained between therapists.
- Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
- Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
- Attend meetings to discuss company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
