The Seasonal Ecological Landscaper performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks in maintaining flower beds and ornamental trees within Rocky River Reservation in a manner which assures a quality product and programs consistent with Park District policies.
Maintenance and Stewardship- Weeding, pruning, mulching, deadheading
- Perform sustainable maintenance practices, including organic soil care and integrated pest management
- Assist with habitat restoration projects, invasive species removal, and erosion control
- Support initiatives to improve soil health and water quality
- Communicate ecological benefits of landscaping practices to park visitors
