We are looking for dedicated employees to join our team to help our customers have the best experience possible every time they enter a DTLR store.

Position Summary

The Full-Time Associate assists the store management team with daily operations, including providing excellent customer service, driving sales, merchandising, and other responsibilities as assigned. All activities should be performed professionally, courteously, reliably, and with a focus on results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships through professional, courteous, attentive, honest, and responsive service. Identifies customer needs and helps them select suitable products.
• Displays basic fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and build relationships while maintaining DTLR standards.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintains a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work and the company.
• Enforces all company policies and embraces service training and product programs.
• Supports loss prevention efforts to minimize shrinkage and protect inventory, following security policies.
• Follows proper point of sale procedures, balances cash, and investigates discrepancies with management.
• Keeps management informed of important developments and potential problems.
• Maintains a neat and organized sales environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The standard work week is 35-40 hours.

Qualifications

Preferred:
Retail or customer service experience;
High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent command of English for effective communication.
• Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.
• Basic fashion knowledge and customer service skills.
• Teamwork and responsibility handling, with understanding of street lifestyle customers.
• Willingness to work across multiple stores in the district.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods; lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours in a fast-paced environment; reliable transportation required.

Compensation

Hourly pay: $16.00 - $17.00. Eligible for company 401K plan.
