• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships
• Assist the management team to grow store business
• Support service initiatives to build strong relationships, including use of Concierge
• Service multiple customers, multi-task, and manage projects simultaneously
• Stay informed about fashion trends and new arrivals; maintain product knowledge
• Use fashion expertise to create outfits and suggest items to meet customer needs
• Participate in learning opportunities, accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas (clientelling/outreach, appointment setting, Talbots Classic Awards)
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery, etc.
