Position Overview
Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients at multiple Community Mercy Hospital facilities within the East Region.

Shift: Nights
Location: East Region – Mercy hospitals (minimum 3 facilities)
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000
Hourly Pay: Determined by experience and plus regional float pool perks
Shift Differentials: $2.75 evenings, $3.75 nights, $1.50 weekends

Tuition reimbursement $2,000 per year (LPN to RN up to $10,000)

Required
Education:
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Licensure: Maintain a current LPN license in the state where duties are performed; meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
Experience: One year recent bedside LPN experience in Med/Surg; two years for other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.).
Preferred Experience: Epic system experience.
Certifications (Must have to start): Med/Surg – BLS;
Critical Care – BLS, ACLS;
Emergency Department – BLS, ACLS, and PALS IV; IV certification required.
Physical Requirements: Stand and walk most of the time; significant bending, stooping, lifting, and turning patients with assistance; push, pull, and grip up to 50 pounds.
