• Support month‑end close; prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Reconcile Aspire and Real Green CRM transactions to Quick Books Online.
• Prepare weekly cash reports; maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
• Support construction accounting: job costing, purchase orders, WIP schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare certified payroll, prevailing wage, and union compliance documentation.
• File monthly sales tax returns; manage insurance reconciliations and license renewals.
• Assist with audit schedules and financial documentation.
• Participate in required safety training and complete annual professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and Excel
• Experience with Aspire, Real Green, or similar CRM systems preferred
• Experience in certified payroll, prevailing wage reporting, or AIA construction accounting is highly desirable
• Strong GAAP knowledge, accuracy, and communication skills

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• On‑site in Caseyville, IL
• Additional hours during month‑end or audit cycles

Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, and Munie Greencare Professionals will not sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment‑based visa petition for this role.
