Overview

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated and customer service oriented individual with retail experience. Sales Associate position offers the opportunity to work in the Farm and Pet departments.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Product knowledge
• Detail oriented/Able to multi-task
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working on weekends)

• Freight handling/forklift operation/pallet-jacks
• Sales/Stocking/Recovery - Ensure departments are clean, organized, and well stocked
• Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
• Handling phone calls
• Other tasks as assigned

Starting wage is $13.50 per hour
