• Hold a Shift Manager role, leading shifts weekly to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Coach and lead staff and operations in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Plan and monitor each shift, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for shifts.
• May support department targets during shifts.
