We’re looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse who wants to be in the nursing field leading and supervising others but not providing continuous daily hands‑on care. If you are looking to lead and share your skills with others, this could be the opportunity for you!

All Ways Caring Home Care

• Creates patient Plan of Care per Physician’s orders and ensures compliance
• Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting
• Reviews nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse is following Physician’s orders
• Reviews MARs, verbal orders, medication profile management to match Physicians orders
• Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards
• Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation
• Training for Caregivers and Nurses as required
• Participates in staff meetings, in‑services and other meetings as required

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Must have no less than 2 years clinical experience, and at least 1 year in related management/supervisory role
• Current or multi‑state license in compliance with the state regulations
• CPR professional certification
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company
• Capable of working independently with highly confidential information
