Dental Receptionist – Full-Time
Fairmont, WV

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team in Fairmont, WV. This is a full-time position in a supportive and professional dental office where patient care and teamwork come first.

Schedule: Full Time
Monday – Friday

Compensation:
$14–16 per hour
Candidates with experience in billing and insurance will be considered for the higher end of the pay range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phones in a timely, professional manner
• Make recare calls as needed
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Enter and validate insurance information, submit claims, and prepare pre-treatment estimates
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office and waiting area
