• Deliver orders safely and on time using the company vehicle with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Navigate the delivery area, read maps, and locate addresses within designated boundaries, including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare product for service.
• Receive and process telephone orders, handle payment transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and work area daily.
• Assist with in‑store tasks such as loading and unloading bulk product deliveries.

• Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Strong navigation skills and ability to handle adverse terrain.
• Basic math skills for accurate change handling.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone communication abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and pull as required for the role.

• Standing for most tasks; walking short distances.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and stacking onto shelves up to 72 in height.
• Carrying heavy items such as pizza sauce (≈30 lbs).
• Pushing or pulling trays on dollies; may require up to 7.5 lbs of force.

Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes (36–90°F), fumes, dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F. Work may be done in cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.

Many team members start as delivery drivers and progress to management, general manager, franchise owner, or corporate positions.
