Work Hours:
8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
Weekend and Evening on-call rotation after training period
What You'll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, drain cleaning and more
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and offer professional, efficient solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and office staff to ensure excellent service and coordination
- Complete jobs with strong attention to detail, safety, and local code compliance
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Insurable and clean driving record
- Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber strongly preferred (or ability to obtain licensure in Minnesota)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and pride in your craft
- Needed hand tools
