Prime Communications Inc. is AT&T's largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, with almost 2,000 AT&T stores coast-to-coast. We are seeking a Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) to join our team as a brand ambassador, serving customers nationwide. The role involves demonstrating AT&T’s broad portfolio of products, services and entertainment options, and offering personalized solutions to meet customers’ evolving needs.
Compensation & BenefitsFull‑time Retail Sales Consultants earn a minimum base of $31,200 plus commission. Consultants can earn an average of $45,000 or more in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. Commission is based on meeting outlined sales goals for a given market. Benefits include:

Retail Sales Consultants serve customers by demonstrating AT&T’s products and services and offering personalized solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding their needs
- Building value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family or business
- Representing the company and the AT&T brand with utmost professionalism and courtesy
- Assisting leaders with store operations and duties
- Cooperating with fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service
- Achieving sales benchmarks and milestones (which can lead to bonus payment)
- Excelling in selling AT&T's products/services, including entertainment, as a full-service lifestyle solution
- Working with wireless leaders to stand out, serve and succeed within the local community
- Clear communication skills
- Attitude and technical aptitude – entrepreneurial spirit
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity
- Background in retail sales helpful but not required
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong social media presence preferred
- Reliable transportation to location, off‑site trainings, and meetings
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location; flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
- Maintain neat and professional appearance in accordance with Team Color policy
- Willingness and ability to complete sales flow accurately within AT&T system(s)
- Responsible handling of cash transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Completion of all assigned AT&T & Prime trainings in a timely manner
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat and stretch for inventory and stocking
- Requirement to stand for long periods of time to provide excellent customer service
- Work in fast‑paced environment
- Follow instructions to completion
- Work under pressure, multi‑task and handle customer complaints or requests
- Adapt to fluctuating noise levels and varied sounds from multiple media sources/devices
