As a Houseperson
, support the housekeeping team and maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel. Complete tasks such as cleaning lobby windows, hallways, floors, managing linen and laundry, and ensuring cleanliness in public areas. Handle guest requests and deliver a positive guest experience.

• General Cleaning – maintain lobby windows, hallways and floors.
• Linen Management – deliver clean linen, remove soiled linen and manage trash.
• Detail Cleaning – clean vents, walls and carpet edges.
• Supply Distribution – restock closets with clean glasses, coffee mugs and linens.
• Support Housekeeping Operations – manage linen flow and restock linen rooms.
• Guest Requests – prioritize special guest requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Public Area Maintenance – clean vending areas, hallways and corridors.
• Equipment Maintenance – follow the maintenance schedule and report issues.
• Trash Removal – empty housekeeper trash and maintain cleanliness.
