We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Daphne, Alabama
. This role is ideal for a PT looking for schedule flexibility, strong earning potential through a performance-based pay plan
, and the opportunity to grow into a Clinic Director (CD) role over time.

• Hourly rate: $38–$45/hour
• Performance-based compensation model with earning upside
• Clear pathway to Clinic Director (CD) for the right candidate
• Opportunity to increase hours and responsibility as the clinic grows

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy with a patient-centered approach
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment
• Participate in leadership development opportunities as appropriate

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Alabama Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics preferred
• Leadership interest is a plus, but not required
