We are seeking a friendly, energetic, up-beat addition to the VCA Capeway Animal Hospital's Client Service Representative team. The Client Service Representative (CSR) serves as the face of the hospital.

• Greeting clients, offering refreshments, checking patients in
• Answering a multi-line phone system in a professional manner
• Scheduling appointments
• Preparing medications
• Serving as a liaison between clients and doctors
• Confirming appointments, relaying basic lab results
• Responding to text messages and emails
• Handing out treats and showing compassion to our furry patients

This position is full-time, 35-40 hours/week with a 4 day work week including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You would work every other Saturday, but you will receive an additional weekday off when scheduled on the weekend. This is a closing shift. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays you can expect to be off around 7:30 PM, Fridays around 6:00 PM, and Saturdays around 4:00 PM.

The salary range for this position is $16 - $23.51 / hour
