VCA Capeway Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full time Veterinary Assistant to join our state of the art, full service hospital in Fairhaven, MA. Whether you are a seasoned Veterinary Assistant or a Technician in training, we want you to use the knowledge that you’ve invested your time and talent in. The skills that will be utilized include, but are not limited to the items listed above.

The compensation range for this position is $18 - $26 / hour is based on skill set and experience.

This position is full-time, 35-40 hours/week with a 4-day work week. You would work every other Saturday, but you will receive an additional weekday off when scheduled on the weekend. You will have 2 set days off per week and the 3rd day off rotates when you work the Saturday. This is a closing shift. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays you can expect to be off around 7:30 PM, Fridays around 6 PM, and Saturdays around 4 PM.
