We are searching for a talented RN Supportive Care – VNA.
Sign‑On Bonus- Up to $15,000 New Hire Sign On Bonus!
Hours:
40 hrs
Shift: Day/Evening shift, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, 11:00 am – 7:30 pm, 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm with weekend and holiday rotation.

Visiting Nurse Association – Fairhaven, MA
- $15,000 New Hire Sign On with 3+ years of experience
- $12,000 New Hire Sign On with 1‑3 years of experience
- $10,000 New Hire Sign On with 1+ years of Hospital RN Experience or less than 1 year experience
- Rehires with greater than 1 year are eligible

ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Director, Supportive Care Services or designee, and within agency and department policies and procedures, assume responsibility for the primary care of assigned Hospice and Palliative Care patients and families. Assess, develop, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care to maximize the comfort and health of the Hospice and Palliative Care patient and family. Responsible for identifying patient/family needs and for providing supportive care in accordance with the attending physician’s orders, plan of care, and Hospice and Home Care policies and procedures.
Qualifications- Graduate of an NLN accredited school of Nursing (required).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
- Two years recent hospital, medical/surgical or other relevant nursing experience (required).
- Hospice & Palliative Care Certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of I.V. pump and central line maintenance (preferred).
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record systems (preferred).
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of MA and RI (required).
- Hospice & Palliative Care Certification required within 2 years if not certified at time of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
- Fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19 or exempt via statement (required).
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay RangeUSD $37.82 – $53.96 per hour.
