Senior Manager​/Director SEC Reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the SEC reporting process for a public company, including preparation and review of periodic filings
• Manage SEC reporting timelines, checklists, and coordination to ensure accurate and timely filings
• Prepare and review quarterly variance and flux analyses
• Support external auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
• Assist with adoption and implementation of new accounting standards
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Support equity compensation accounting and earnings per share calculations as needed
• Perform technical accounting research and help resolve complex accounting matters
• Review statutory reporting at a high level, focusing on key variances and risk areas
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and other internal stakeholders
• Operate independently while also leading and partnering with broader reporting teams

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Extensive experience leading SEC reporting for public companies
• Strong hands‑on experience with Forms 10‑K and 10‑Q
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting principles
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and drive the SEC reporting process end‑to‑end
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing timelines and deliverables

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
