Manpower is hiring an Account Representative to support Foot Joy Custom at Acushnet Company—the global leader in golf performance products. Work Location: Fairhaven, MA 02719
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week onsite)

Key Responsibilities: As an Account Representative, you’ll assist customers and sales reps by managing customized orders, ensuring accuracy, and providing top-notch service.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of sales programs, products, and policies related to custom orders.
• Ensure accurate logo details, application fees, terms, and discounts on all orders.
• Coordinate logo thread colors and maintain logo detail history in the database/logo library.
• Monitor new artwork orders and obtain necessary approvals through verbal/written communication.
• Handle special rush requests and coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in training new CS team members.
• Recognize trends and escalate unusual activity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; AS or BS degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience required.
• Prior order processing & detail Orientation experience
• Must be able to train in-office for the first 4-6 weeks
• Prior experience with embroidered and/or embossed products preferred but not mandatory
