* About the Role:

* As a CBRE Plumber, you will play a key role in supporting our healthcare client by ensuring the sage and reliable operation of facility plumbing and mechanical systems. This full-time positions follows a Monday-Friday 7:00A - 3:30P scheduled, with participation in an on-call rotation.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, testing, installation, and troubleshooting across a variety of plumbing, mechanical, and distribution systems throughout the facility. Your work directly contributes to maintaining a safe, compliant, and fully functional environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
** What You'll Do:*
* + Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water and medical gas supply and distribution system.
+ Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
+ Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber's snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.
+ Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
+ Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
+ Provide training to other staff members so they can perform light plumbing maintenance and repair.
+ Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.
+ Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed.
+ Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements.
+ Complete all HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.
+ Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management.
** What You'll Need:*
* + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Plumbing certification at the Journeyman level required. Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred. Valid Driver's License required.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Plumber position is $31.25 per hour and the maximum salary for the Plumber position is $32.69 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
