Truckway Leasing is looking for an experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic to join our team in the Fairfield OH area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repairs of trucks and trailers for our various accounts. This is not an entry-level position and will require experience in the Diesel Tech field. This position requires someone who can work independently and can handle on-the-spot problems.

- Repair and maintain class 6,7, and 8 Trucks and Trailers
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Interact with customers and handle customer requests.
- Use Diagnostic software to troubleshoot problems.
- Qualification
- Previous experience as a Diesel Technician
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and professional
- ASE certification is strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Clean MVR
- Class A or B CDL a plus
- Teammate with a strong sense of dedication to the customer and service team
- Basic computer skills to enter jobs and bill time in the computer system.
- Experienced Diesel Technician
- Reefer Certification preferred
- Preferred One year of Fleet or Dealership experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Teammate with a strong sense of dedication to the customer and service team
- Self-motivated and professional
- Sitting, Standing, Stooping/Kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Reaching with arms and hands
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- I must be able to work independently.
