• Perform general maintenance daily, responding to resident requests via the work order program (plumbing, electrical, appliance issues).
• Conduct daily bulb walk‑through inspections to ensure all public area light bulbs are operational.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
• Organize storage and equipment areas.
• Execute painting projects in common and office areas as required.

• Experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred; knowledge of minor repair techniques for structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and HVAC systems required.
• Experience in building safety and hazard reduction is helpful.
