Pay& Location
Hourly rate: $22–$24. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus based on company and individual performance. Position is based at Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.
Be Ready To- Communicate with policyholders to request information for underwriting and agency file.
- Process activities generated in EPIC (Agency Management System) to maintain accurate account information.
- Monitor emails received in the Care Center, certificates, and Bond Outlook mailboxes.
- Perform download process for Personal Lines and Bond transactions.
- Gather information from policyholders for endorsements, update agency system, and submit to underwriting team for processing.
- Print audit letters and mail to policyholder on behalf of the agency.
- Follow up on behalf of the Account Manager on Loss Control recommendations.
- Manage cancellation activity, including securing a signed LPR from the policyholder prior to submitting to underwriting team.
- Issue Bond policies and certificates of insurance.
- Ability and willingness to work in a team setting.

- An active agency license is preferred or required to attain in 3 months.
- A high school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
