HANA Business Process Expert – Manufacturing (PP/MM)

Location: Hybrid – Franklin, TN or Fairfield, OH

Our Client is undergoing a major S/4

HANA transformation across supply chain and manufacturing operations—and they’re looking for a hands‑on Business Process Expert to help drive it forward.

This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing operations and SAP transformation
. You won’t just support the system—you’ll help shape how production planning, quality, and plant maintenance operate in a modern S/4

HANA environment.

• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance teams to optimize:
• Production confirmations
• Capacity management
• Shop floor operations
• Evaluate and improve business processes within SAP PP/MM (S/4
  
  HANA and ECC)
• Apply SAP best practices to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with functional analysts and developers to configure or enhance SAP solutions
• Lead testing efforts and validate system improvements
• Create clear, practical process documentation and training materials
• Support end users and ensure successful adoption of new functionality
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP supply chain planning processes

• Hands‑on expertise in SAP PP/MM
• Proven experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA (ECC experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of cross‑module integration (PP/MM/SRM and related modules)
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments
• Background in process improvement and SAP implementations
• Ability to diagnose complex process challenges and turn them into practical solutions
• Clear communicator who works well with both technical and business stakeholders

SAP certification is a plus, but practical experience in transformation environments matters most.

This is not a maintenance‑only SAP role.
