Beacon Orthopaedics – Patient Care Coordinator
Beacon Orthopaedics, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This entry‑level office role ensures smooth daily operations of the clinic and is ideal for individuals with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities- Core responsibilities:
- Collect all money due at the time of service
- Convert referrals into evaluations
- Schedule patient visits
- Provide customer service
- Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
- Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate through customer experience.
- Practice management:
- Manage schedule efficiently
- Manage document routing and non‑clinical documentation
- Manage personal overtime, deposits, and caseload reporting
- Monitor clinic inventory
- Training:
- Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers for Raintree and other business process updates.
- Complete quarterly compliance training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, able to meet deadlines with little supervision.
- Efficient time management and presentation skills as a team member.

- Frequent repetitive typing and screen viewing.
- Occasional walking, standing, and moving weights up to 20 lbs.
