Overview
Make a New Friend and Help with Reading Mail and Filling Out Forms role at Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired (CABVI). This volunteer opportunity supports a person who needs help reading print mail and completing forms. The schedule is flexible and you will receive comprehensive training and support.
Responsibilities- Assist with reading mail and filling out forms for a client who is blind or visually impaired.
- Provide companionship and help with daily tasks as requested.
- Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing support.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow CABVI policies.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
- Ability to read print materials and assist with form completion; no special technical skills required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
