Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for a hands-on role where you can design, troubleshoot, and support complex industrial machinery while progressing long-term into leadership?

You will be responsible for designing electrical systems for machinery projects, supporting customers with troubleshooting and technical queries, collaborating closely with the engineering team, and contributing to continuous improvement across electrical design and controls. You’ll also have opportunities for limited travel to customer sites and project locations.

This role would suit a practical, personable Electrical Engineer who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working closely with both customers and internal teams.

The Role:

• Design electrical systems and documentation for industrial machinery projects
• Support customers with troubleshooting and technical solutions
• Work closely with the Engineering Director and wider engineering team

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Experience in Electrical Engineering (design-focused)
• Basic to working knowledge of PLCs
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mindset
