We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team
- cold calling & appointment setting (US-Based). The Sales Development Representative’s primary focus is booking qualified appointments through cold calling and warm follow‑ups. We’ve built a modern outbound engine that generates intent signals across email and Linked In. Your job is to capitalize on that signal—call engaged prospects, qualify quickly, and book meetings.
Cold calling is a core requirement for this role. This is a performance-driven role with a strong hourly base and an aggressive, uncapped bonus structure for SDRs who can consistently book meetings.
- Make daily cold calls to targeted business decision‑makers
- Call and follow up with prospects who have shown intent (clicks, replies, website visits etc.)
- Handle objections confidently and move conversations toward booked meetings
- Qualify prospects for basic fit (company size, need, urgency)
- Book qualified appointments directly on the sales calendar
- Log activity and outcomes accurately in CRM
- Coordinate with sales and marketing to improve conversion rates
- This position is not responsible for list building, manual prospect research, or mass email sends.
- Proven cold calling experience
- Cold Calling Expectations (Non‑Negotiable)
- Prior cold calling experience is required
- Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners and senior decision‑makers
- Able to handle rejection professionally and maintain momentum
- Understands that calling is about conversation quality, not just dialing volume
- 1–3+ years experience as an SDR / BDR
- Confident, clear phone presence
- Strong written communication (email + Linked In)
- Organized, responsive, and metrics‑driven
- What Success Looks Like:
- 25–30+ qualified appointments booked per month
- Strong show rates and sales acceptance
- Fast follow‑up on engaged prospects
- Clean CRM notes that help sales close
- $21–$27 per hour (based on experience) - Bonus structured designed to be WORTH IT!
- Bonus activates at 30 appointments booked in a calendar month
- Once activated,
all appointments that month qualify for bonus - Accelerated bonuses for performance above 30 appointments. No cap on earnings — top performers are rewarded!
