Job Description
We are looking for a veteran who is motivated and detail-oriented honorably discharged individual with strong troubleshooting skills to help users resolve technical issues. While we will train, a proficient in Windows/macOS support, and office hardware/software installation is greatly desired. Any relevant military IT certifications is a plus.
Technical Awareness- Operating Systems:
Windows 10/11, and macOS - Hardware: PC/laptop unboxing, assembly, troubleshooting, peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors)
- Software & Tools:
Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), remote desktop, Sage 100 Contractor (desired but not required- will train) - Networking Basics: TCP/IP, Wi-Fi setup/troubleshooting, IP configuration
- Other:
Basic cybersecurity awareness, data backup/recovery, Google Workspace
Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology or equivalent certification.
Certifications- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (or similar entry-level cert)
- Google IT Support Professional Certificate (Coursera, Completed [Month Year])
- Others: ITIL Foundation, Network+, Security+ (if any)
- Strong communicator with patience for non-technical users
- Available for immediate start; flexible schedule including on-call if needed
- Clean background check and reliable transportation
- This is a salaried position with access to full range of medical, vision, dental and 401k benefits
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Any relevant military software or hardware awards, certifications are a plus.

Salary Range$45,000-$60,000.
