We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience keeping sales leads in motion that have been created by our marketing engine which generates a constant flow of warm opportunities from multiple channels: website visitors, inbound calls, campaign engagement, and intent-based data.
Job Duties:
- Immediate lead follow-up:
Call, email, and message prospects showing active interest in our services. - Multi-channel outreach:
Engage through phone, email, and Linked In to schedule qualified meetings. - Lead qualification:
Confirm fit (U.S.
-based SMBs under 200 employees) and uncover key IT pain points. - CRM management:
Log all activity, notes, and follow-ups in Hub Spot and Microsoft Dynamics. - ABM collaboration:
Coordinate with Marketing to target named accounts using AI-driven intent data. - Cold outreach (as time allows):
Build and nurture new conversations from target lists. - Pipeline hand-off:
Transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives smoothly and accurately.
- 24 years of SDR or BDR experience, preferably in Managed IT, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
- Comfortable with high-velocity outreach and quick context switching.
- Hands-on experience with Hub Spot, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Linked In prospecting, automation tools, and AI-driven marketing workflows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented someone who thrives on measurable results.
