Payroll Processor

Payroll Processor (Contract – 2 to 6 Month Projects)

We are seeking experienced Payroll Processors for multiple fully remote, 2–6 month project-based engagements. These roles are ideal for payroll professionals who can quickly step in to support ongoing payroll operations, system transitions, or interim coverage needs.

• Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll accurately and timely
• Review and validate payroll data including earnings, deductions, and tax with holdings
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Support payroll tax compliance and reporting requirements
• Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to internal controls
• Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
• ADP Vantage experience strongly preferred; open to ERP-savvy professionals who can quickly learn new systems
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll tax fundamentals
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
